Please join us for this dynamic student and community program that addresses what it means to be friends and allies of those surviving sexual assault and relationship violence. Are You Ready?works to share the powerful stories of survivors and allows Georgetown students, faculty and staff to come together in a night of critical dialogue. Sexual assault is a community issue, and this program allows all Hoyas to be a part of the conversation.
Participants will hear a survivor share their story and will then take part in small group discussions, facilitated by student leaders who have received training in both facilitation skills and sexual assault awareness.
Are You Ready is coordinated by Health Education Services, Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS), Residential Living and the GU Women's Center in partnership with the Division of Student Affairs and the LGBTQ Resource Center.
